I asked that same question a couple weeks ago. I tried to PM him but he turned off PM in his profile settings.

I dont know I think there was some biased opinion on the managments part.

i talk to mitch on a regular basis and he did get banned. he was somehow part of that group of folks that got banned here about 2 months ago. as far as i know he is still fighting the urge to put a dip in, but i believe he is doing great!
