Empanada hors-d'oeuvres
Before and after shots, these are for a party tomorrow night, wife is making crawfish enchiladas as well. My back is killing me, all this is from scratch. The filling is turkey, chorizo, potatoes, jalapenos, and spices. Fried in peanut oil.

The party is at a home on Trinity bay, if you are out on the bay tomorrow night, you will notice it, wild people, lots of food and adult beverages. Last year he grilled 4 full filet mignons, and stir fried about 30 lb of tiger shrimp. Then we had dinner. LOL
