The Reds wanted corkies.....
paddled backside of the island this AM (Dana's cove & Caranchua cove areas) working the guts at the entrances of the marshes and flats .... looking for some large trout....to no avail.
But things picked up after we spotted a few schools of reds cruising the scattered shell and grass lines in about 2' of water.....just kept casting the "ole" corkies and fat boys in front of the schools and slow twitched them "suspended" .... where they were jumped on quick!
Nothing huge .... but some nice solid reds and a great way to spend a Friday AM!
PS: Thanks MR. BROWN!!!!!!!
