Took Brian, Walker and his dad Mark out for a short half day trip Friday evening. This trip was for Walker's 16th birthday. We caught a number of undersized specs and a lot of sand trout and croaker. I asked Walker if he'd like to catch something a little larger and he was eager to do it. We keep a bunch of croaker and sand trout in the live well before heading out to the north jetty.
Didn't take long before Walker caught his first ever shark, about a 20 lb. Blacktip Shark. Then it was none stop action till dark. Walker's last shark was a 6' Bull Shark and he was completely whopped after fighting it! LOL Congrats and Happy Birthday Walker!
