Strout fishing from shore in Galveston or Boliva Pennisula

I'm looking for a good spot for strout fishing. I dont have a wader so i usually stay on shore for fishing.
Can anyone share for me a good spot that can i have some good strout ?
I am appriciated for your sharing

if Rollover Pass, so what bait and tackle that i need ? the Tide in Rollover pass is very strong .

Be careul, ther R sum BIG OLE' Gatstops in Rollover, from whut I hearded...... And if you get a wader, be careul of the String Rays they can hert if they poke you.....

The tide at Rollover Pass is not all the time very strong.
