Goldfish AFFORDABLE fishing charter needed to surprise my Girlfriend.
1st off, is there even such thing as a cheap/affordable fishing charter or guide service?

My girlfriend's 19th birthday is coming up next month and she's my number one fishing partner.

I'm 17 and can't afford a boat so I'd like to take her on a charter for her birthday.

Please help me out!

Galveston areas, and bay fishing for specs, reds, spanish mack, anything along those lines
