Set Up Help for Redfish, Trout, & Flounder

Hey 2coolers, I came to you because I know there is good people here with helpful information. I'm trying to get some ideas for a new set up that i want to put together soon. I will be using this for redfish, trout, and flounder mainly bank and wade fishing.

Here's what I want to know:
1) What kind of pole, length, action, and power are you using?
2) What kind of mono do you use? (Want to use this set up with mono because i have one with braid already)
3) How many lb test of mono do you put on your reel and for your leader?
4) Any left out information that's helpful, let me know please.

If you use a different setup for each of these redfish, trout and flounder, please list them so i can have more ideas.

thank you 2coolers,
Jeremy

1) Castaway Skeleton 6' 5" Light Action w/ Curado 200e7.

Sorry I could not help you with the rest. I use braid because i can feel the bite easy and dont use a leader.

I am fishing from the bank with spinning reels(DAIWA WHISKER SS TOURNAMENT 700,1300)with long rod, over 10'(i was building myself some spinning rods on fly blanks ALL STAR AUSTIN 9 W10,or i was changing some fly rods(SAGE RPLX,DS2,G.LOOMIS IMX,LAMIGLAS) in spinning rods.
I am fishing just with artificials with FIRELINE ORIGINAL SMOKE 4LB.,SPIDERWIRE ULTRACAST green, yellow 8lb.-10lb. and TASLINE ALL WHITE(from Australia)
I can show you some pictures with my rigs use to catch specks, red fish ,flounder, black drum etc.
I don't say these are the best rigs ,but work for my fishing from the bank at ROLLOVER PASS

All around good setup for most guys is probably a medium light 6'6"-7' rod with a decent baitcaster or spinning reel spooled up with sufix seige 12# mono and 3' of 20# mono tied on eith an albright or crazy alberto knot. I dont want to get too specific or an argument will ensue...
You dont need super expensive gear to catch fish, an all star rod and old shimano will put fish in the boat.

I will add my 0.02. I grew up using 10# (spinning) or 12# (bait cast) green big game. Buy a used shimano if new is to much have it serviced and rock on. I have ten y/o reels that have never let me down.

Also I use 20-25# green big game for leaders usually.

For value I would go with a Castaway Skeleton med/heavy 6.5' with a shimano chronarch. That would be right at 400 bucks with tax.
