Just getting back in to it. I am familar with the Rockport are but not the Houston area. Thinking of Trinity this Friday. Maybe McCollum park or the other side at Fort Anahuac park. I am boatless and solo. I have worked every day this month and want to make the best of my day off . Any advise would be appreciated...Thanks

not sure about this time of year, but we've caught some good fish hooking a left when you get in the water at McCollum park and heading to the spillway. i waded that stretch one time at night so i'm sure it is doable during the day.
