Question Thinking of Surf fishing Boliver side in Galveston tomorrow

Anyone been out there lately?

2.3 foot seaswells tomorrow and no major feeding period, one tide. good luck!

Sunday= .7 ft swells and a 6star Major feeding period midmorning

Boliver was green and flat yesterday afternoon fished it in the boat lots of small fish

I've been down here since thurs... been storming early afternoon, and clearing up late afternoon... the water has been decent but all we can catch is hard heads... tried fishing rollover pass under the lights last night with no luck.. I ain't giving up though...

If you mean solunars, how can there be no Major period one day, and a Major midmorning the next day?

Since this is impossible, I assume you mean a Major correlating with a moving tide, but that's just a guess. I'm always looking for better feed period info.

There's a major everyday. Two on most days... If you have a major at 9 am tomorrow then there was one around 8 am today. There should also be one around 10 am Monday.

That' how i see it. You and I are talking about solunar periods, RA Knight type. I think Timemachine is talking about something else.

Just FYI my wife and I limited out with trout to 24 " about 75 yds in the surf this morning..dem crazy croakers (not live) and mirrorlures were the ticket..then hit the cut with finger mullet and got bunch of small reds and 4 to 27"...**** fine day on the water..

You limited out today?! Just askin cause I was down there and the surf was pretty nasty.
