8. All fishing will be limited to sport fishing boat; Fishing platforms, crew boats, commercial boats and helicopters are disallowed. Fishing, however, is allowed from fishing piers, jetties, and shorelines.

Does this mean no wade fishing?

Is it just artificial or can you use live bait?

Had a few questions and thought I would clarify them. "Dead Last" redfish stringer is the 2 lightest redfish weighin over 21" each. That means any fish brought to the scale under 21" does not count in this category.

Example#- 2 fish measuring 21 1/4 and 22" brought to scale and weighed in would qualify and weight would count in this category.

Example #2- 2 fish measuring 21 1/4 and 20 1/2 brought to scale and weighed in would not qualify and weight would not count in this category.

21" was set as a minimun to prevent an angler from accidently bringing a fish to the scale that is under the legal limit, 20", to be retained per state law. Hope that clears up any confusion.

I also forgot to mention there will be a side pot category for most spots on a redfish. Weight does not matter so long as the fish is a legal slot fish. If there is a tie pot will be split. A fish entered into this category does not have to count as part of your 2 fish stringer. This is the only category that you can do this.
