Parasite Found in a Trout

I fished in the surf this morning at Surfside and caught a few nice Trout. While filleting one of them, I came across what I believe to be two parasites buried in its flesh. Is anyone familiar with this and if so, what are the dangers associated with it. I'd appreciate any information about this. Thanks

BTW: the assumed parasite is the little white tadpole-looking thing

Cook the fish and eat it, most trout have them, seriously! Just more protein.

They are just worms and will go away with hot grease.

90% of the trout I catch have those.

Don't say anything about them to the women and children. I remove the ones I can see but they don't hurt anything.

I'm with Ladd, the less people know the better. I try my best to pick them out, but oh well one the ones you can't see. I have a co-worker who used to work at a salmon cannery in HS, you don't even know want to know what they pull out of those.
