I`m not THAT kind of a neighbor. I get along fine around here. I am not the only person having a problem with this.

Thanks to all for your assistance. I have a game plan for a reasonable end to this. I`m not trying to prosecute anyone, rather promote a quite, and hospitable neighborhood .

3rdbar out.

This has been going on for several months. Can the braintrust of 2cool direct me, so this can be put to an end. Thanks for any and all input.
Pull out your copy of the deed restrictions. You do have a copy of your deed restrictions don't you? If not, get a copy from the homeowners board or the management company and read them. The deed restrictions should outline what is acceptabale and not within your subdivision. If businesses are not allowed you are home free. Quote chapter and verse to the management company and tell them you expect them to enforce the deed restrictions. If they are unresponsive take it up with your homeowners board of directors and all HOA's have a board of directors.

Do as others said above if you want it shut down.
Dogs bark all night long around my house, we just deal with it.
Of course barking is part of having dogs around, however if dogs bark incessantly it is not a dog problem, it is a neighbor problem. I am respectful of the noise my dog makes and I expect my neighbors to do the same.

My HOA clearly states no operation of kennels in our neighborhood. When I first read the rules I was like man they put some weird stuff in here. My HOA won't even let you have more than 2 animals (dog or cat). I really wouldn't see a problem with a neighborhood kennel unless the dogs were kept out back and they barked constantly.

if you lived next door to that house - you would be able to smell the backyard - lots of urine and feces...it will stink even if they try to keep it clean.

Flea issue isw bad this year regardless. I have never had a problem until this year.

Bwebster, you are quoting something that shouldn't be in place. City shouldnt have no say so in the amount of animal you own. If you can maintian them shouldnt matter. Freedom being taken away all the time.
