Texasflag4 costa del mar?

question, been looking at costa del mar glasses . what is the difference between 400 lens and 580? also what is the best frame for a guy with a large facial structure? like to order some online to save a little money ,but hesitant for fear that glasses won't fit . appreciate any advice I can get. thanks, tight lines.

The differance is like night and day, 580s are awesome.. Ive heard the 'hammerheads' are made for larger profiled faces/heads but best thing to do would be to go and try a bunch on until u find the ones u have to have.

I have a big dome and wear the blackfin model 580g amber/green mirror. Like they said, try on a bunch and get what fits and ask to wear them outside to see for yourself what you like. The 580 blocks more yellow wavelengths. Make sure you dont get frames that are too big and dont allow ventilation or youll have fogging problems when you get active

Go to Academy, and try on the pairs you like. That way you get a feel for how they fit. Once you find one you want go order it off the Internet and save some dinero.

Go to Academy and find the frame that fits you best and remember what frame it is. Then go to Ebay to buy it. The glasses on Ebay are usually a hundred bucks cheaper on the 580 lenses which are night and day better, especially for sightfishing. Get the green mirror, it has the amber base lense that is made for sightfishing and still blocks enough sun to wear everyday.

Academy has very limited selection. I went to academy and could not find anything fit my head right. I also went to bass pro and tried all the Costa there as well. I ended up buying a Mauii Jim and loved it since.
