A lil 2Cooler help, HardCore Crazy help

There is a tournament tomorrow for a friends work, the weigh in is at OutRiggers. Yes it will be raining its arse off and anyone else would stay home but it seesm most people are going and that includes my friends and I. So where is the best area to focus on where we wont be as soaked and put a few in the boat. i havent had time to plan and have never fished in heavy rain... i was thinking under the causeway, the kemah bridge has never produced results as i know of ... thanks for any help

fish under bridges. fish will be hiding out from the rain so they don't get wet.

Depending on the cost of the tournament entry, it might just be worth forfeiting. I'm not sure whether it will be rain, or rain and lightning. No sense in standing in a lightning storm, with a graphite rod in your hands.
