Triton bay boat?

Can anyone tell me anything about Triton boats. Am looking at a 10 year old bay boat, but don't know anything about them.

Looks like a nice boat on the surface!

Here's a thread I found. Do a search on General Fishing Discussion and Boating Forum and you should find something. Good luck.

Thanks Wrecker. I did a serch before I posted and everything I can find is on newer Tritons. I am trying to find out if there are any major issues with Tritons that are 10 years old or older.

Rjhiv I have an 04 model triton seaflight and love it. It will run pretty shallow and handles choppy water very well. My boat lacks a little in the storage area but the fishing area more than makes up for it. Fishing this boat alone can be a challenge at 22 feet but i seldom fish alone. I would recomend this boat to anyone who likes to fish the bays and jetties or nearshore. Hope this helps.

I ran a 22 ft Triton Tunnel hull, Bayflight, for 9 years and never had an issue with the hull. Sold it in '09 an its still running now with no issues. My friend has the same boat but without the tunnel and its running fine with no issues.

After running in my buddy's blackjack for a couple years. Me and my brother bought a 2003 triton 22LTS with a 150 mercury. A super dry riding boat takes the chop well. A lot of storage, 2 giant bait tanks. It was well worth it.
