According to Captain Harold "Fishing has been up and down, with best catching coming on live shrimp in San Antonio Bay. Redfish action has been best in the back lakes with swelling morning tides." This past weekend we welcomed back Jeff S. with a 6-boat customer appreciation event. While also accommodationg Ryan S. family, Derrick M. family, and Tim M. and guest. I want to personally thank Ryan for getting the young guns into fishing. Check out these cute photos of the boy's fishing with their Dads. We're often asked "What is the youngest age I can bring my kids to go fishing." Well, these photos pretty much answers that question.

Over the weekend our wade fisherman continued to draw blanks on epic days while using lures. The full moon has put the best action late in the day, while early morning success on top waters has been a mystery, to say the least. This Monday, we welcome a full schedule with several teams keying in on top waters, and other lure selections. Let's hope their experience and tenacity prevails.

Food is great. Austin is on top of it. Just wish a little more on the plate. Everything is first rate at Bay Flats. Stephen hands down is one of the best guides I've fish with. Chris you and Deb have done a great job of putting the lodge together. Keep up the good work.
