If this wind keeps up, i'll go drop my boat into Moses Lake just to get it wet. Anybody catching anything lately in Moses? I'm not much of a wader. I like fishing the flood gate, and the hole in the NNW corner. I'd much prefer to go to the jetties, but if the wind and waves won't allow it, then Moses it is. If anybody is catching, please share some details. How, where, and with what bait? Thanks.
Put in on Moses last Monday with my dad and buddy, due to bad water and winds we fished Moses until about noon with nothing but a few bites. There was tons of bait though, it wasn't until mid day thst the winds died down and the water clarity got better. We ended up going outside the gates and drifting reefs and picking up some dinker trout and lost a nice red at the boat.
Fished in the am last Monday. Lots of bait, and some bird action, but could not get any bites on arties or shrimp. Did not see anyone else catching anything either, but that was with a wicked north wind.
