For instant, go with thermopen.

For non-remote i use the Taylor 1470.

I do not use use the remote style, but have heard good things
about,the Maverick ET-732 and it has two probes.

Be sure to check any one you get, fill a cup with ice, add small amount of water, you should read around 34-36 degrees, boil water to check the 212 range.

I have a Maverick ET-732, and one of the probes crapped out on me. I went back to the cheap one i bought at academy.

thermopen sale

i have two maverick wireless ones. one has a single probe and the other has two probes. one for meat and one for pit. i would think you could get a second meat probe and run two different meats.

thermopens are awsome, but out of my price range until today.
