I live in Shadow Creek as well.
We have had several auto breaking and the thefts over the past month.
Saw the police at my next door neighbor’s house. Someone had stolen the GPS/ radar detector and several other things from their car, I look in mine and notice a pair of sunglasses in the driver’s seat. They got my Cigars, GPS and a flashlight, left their sunglasses in the front seat.
One week prior, 3 houses down the street my neighbors F350 was stolen.
2 weeks ago, LEO caught 2 men breaking into a house.
This is all within 1 block in SCR.
We all look out for each other but hard to catch someone at 3:00 am.

If we do, my next house will be on an acre of land with a 8' fence all the way around it topped with razor wire & electric gate, & a couple of big bad arse dogs.

Access, plus the apartments in the area. Its easy for the thugs to jump on and off the beltway and 288.
My understanding is that wal-mart has a real high crime rate for **** happening in the parking lot.
Anyone know what they're building off of 288 just north of HEB?

I think it's a Sam's or atleast thats what I was told.
It's understandable about all the break-ins. Have you been to the mall lately?
It's loaded with gang bang wanna-be's. I will not be visiting that place anytime soon unless i absolutely HAVE TO.
My money will be going to Baybrook from now on.

There's three on Business Center and The Alexan on SC Pkwy. Trust me, those are basically low income housing.

Shadowcreek has a lot of home burglaries during the day. Luckily, a lot of them are caught because there's lots of people home during the day. Most of the burgs happen right off of Kirby, Kingsley and the Clear Lake Loop. They're concentrated off the main roads. You get too far off into SC Ranch, you get lost.

Sam's Club.
That WalMart is scum ridden, but it's in Brazoria Co's jurisdiction.
