I got a chance to use one with a guide i know and man they have some good action for those big trout.it is basically a sand eel with a paddle tail and eyes(Hackberry Hustler) in TTF.

Looks just like a Hustler w/the tail turned the opposite way. Heard they got a little more action and wiggle w/the softer plastic Norton uses.

Saw them on the Chronicle's website today and it says they are on shelves now.
Anyone seen them in stores or online yet?

Norton has always had the two inset rings brhind the bulk of the body, just never a paddle tail too. I love my hustlers too though

LOL ~ Norton has been around a lot longer than TTF, but I know you meant an imitation of the design....it just hit me funny.

Nothing against norton. Just i can't keep filling up my tackle box because someone came out with something similiar. The problem is they say my illusion floats in 6 inches. Well with all my tackle it will be more like 12" if i keep buying things that look close.

I didn't see any in FTU yesterday and they didn't have a good variety of Maniac Mullet either.
