Anchor Boy's Flathead
Well we went out to Nickajack today ... Shad was hard to come by , however 5 and 6" skip jack was plentiful -- Here is Anchor Boy with his personal best , caught today below Nickajack dam on whole skip jack ... He was so excited he could hardly contain himself -- 52#er and the last picture I got of him was the release ,,,

Better luck than we had. They were only running one turbine at Pickwick, making for sorry fishing. Congratulations on the Flatty. NICE fish. Back in the day, that would have mAde some tasty filets. LOL But that was before I got edu-ma-cated about CPR.

What kind of scale do you use Catfish? Is it accurate and how much do they cost?
All I have is one of those Berkley digital scales that tops out at 50# .. That's not near enough lol ...

I sell these cheaper 112# scales , they are always within a # or two and unless I am weighing a world record , that is good enough for me --- Warren has a much better scale , however it cost a bit more as well ...
Warren ... He was a nervous wreck .. hehe ... It took him a good half an hour to calm down ... I remember that feeling , its been a while since I felt that adreneline ...
She was a true hawg in every sense of the word ... I only regret that I didnt get a pic of that mouth -- She had a mouth on her like Mic Jager ,,
