Has anyone had the chance to fish offshore Cuba? Or, San Andres, Colombia?
If so, please let me know any charter companies, or locals, who will take someone. Planning on going in a few weeks, any info on conditions in early Dec would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
November is the start of dry season in northern South America. Best time for peacock bass. I wouldn't even fish salt water if I were there in December. Fly to Caracas and then board a puddle jumper to one of the three fish camps on the Cinaruco River. The camp furthest west has an air strip and has been run by Americans for about 40 years.
