What a bunch of freaks, idiots, and lots of other bad names.
Are they a non-profit organization? Just curious if they don't understand wasting tax dollars with ka-ka cases, because they don't pay taxes?

Perhaps the officals at PETA need to be doing something productive with their time, like emptying bed pans at a Chariety Hospital.

I would hope any Judge being presented this as a case would throw it out without hesitation or a second glance.

Considering the unemployment rate of animals I'm these critters are pretty darn lucky to have jobs and get bed and board free. There are a lot of people that would love to have their jobs. I think the whales should be killed to open up the job for people.

I think it is quite obvious that when the constitution was written there was never any intention that these rights extended to animals. I love animals and I don't believe we should be cruel to them and that we should take steps to protect them and help to preserve their habitats but come on people....

PETA folks are screwed in the head. I'd love the opportunity to deprive them of some of their rights! Sigh................

I'm a member of PETA, and I think I'm pretty sane.

Exactly. I'm no history buff but I'm pretty sure there weren't any animals present at the signing of the constitution, and I'm almost positive that none actually signed it themselves..
