I wonder if he will be prosecuted for killing it. There were alot of negative comments on the story. It probably would not have been a big deal if the bear was not from Mexico.

I hope they nail this guy with some charges. I would have to feel REALLY threatened to make me shoot a bear in Texas.......this is sad to hear!
