2006 250 yamaha

Hello everyone out there in 2cool. My brother is looking at getting a boat and was wondering if 357 hours on a yamaha motor is alot. Thanx for your input.

357 hours on a 2006 is about average..

its not under used, but not used alot either..

No, Rather buy a motor that was used rather than just sitting up for years. He still needs to have it checked.

Flag Having it checked by an authorized Yamaha mechanic.

That year engine had an upgrade in the oil pump by the manufacturer, so be sure the particular one you are looking at has had the upgrade, or gets it.

Not bad at all, Just have a mechanic check it over and plug it in to a computer to check if the hours are correct.
