Need a Guide

Had a trip booked in Venice, La for 10/6-7/2005. This trip has been washed-out by the storm. I would like some recommendations for guides from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield for the same dates since my wife and I have made our vacation plans based on these dates. I work with Darrell, AKA Badhaibit (you should feel sorry for me)LOL, and he highly recommends Aubry (maybe because he caught that large speck). My wife doesn't want to wade, so I need a boat trip, but may be able to talk her into a wade trip if that is the best fishing.

Thanks in advance for the the people that reply.

God Bless all the folks in LA.

yes you did answer twice, but have to keep my options open. We have left a message with Mr. Martin, hopfully he can book us on our dates. I type alot faster than I talk.

Thanks again for you honest reply. Hope to meet you someday in the near future (this took least than a minute to type, if I had talked to you person you would have wasted at least 5 minutes).

Also, Aubrey has put many clients on many very large trout, but I recommend him cause he is a cool dude and works hard to make your trip enjoyable, he can provide great accomadations to make you feel at home, Arb is just a class act all the way around.... TRY IT, you will like it..... Oh and BTW, I feel sorry fer ya having to work in that F up'd section that you do.....

Try Bruce Shuler at Get-Away Adventures Lodge in Mansfield. Really great lodging and guides that can take any **** you wanna throw at 'em...and they respectfully give it back!!!. Arties only and catch and release is how they want it done mostly. Well worth the money for the package they provide, IMHO. Went this year with them and it was the best "for the money" experience I've had on the gulf coast to date....I've tried them all.

I second BadHabit

If you don't want to waid just tell him up front and he will pattern your trip for it. He's a great guy, I'm fishing with him next weekend.
