Flexibility in Magnuson-What benefit?

Like most, I support the Pallone and Schumer initiatives, but wonder where anyone thinks it might be applied (if passed, reconciled into a JR and signed by the Prez.) to Gulf Fisheries.

As to your question, last I checked there hadn't been a committee hearing on the Flexibility amendments since last summer. Anything new?

Don't think so. I do think Bawnie Fwank is trying to get the house bill rollin.
