Diet and Alcohol

So I just started the P90X and have been doing pretty good on my workouts and diet. But I still like to enjoy a good cigar a few days a week. Heres my question, what is a good drink that I can have with my cigar that wont hurt me on my diet? Dont think that smoking cigars really hurts my diet or workouts either. But any advice on that from any of you experienced in this?

I'm sure there are calorie charts on line as to what would be best for your diet but I've read that smoking a cigar with a good Port wine is pretty good.

makers mark... if you are sticking to the diet and bustin it during work out times... a few glasses a week wont kill you! one of my favorite post-work out drink to help replenish exhausted muscles is a good beer as well! if you are truly dieting and hitting the p90x hard... then a few drinks wont kill you! good luck and stick with it!

Any 18+ year old single malt scotch. This is also good for sore muscles.

I must be behind the times....not sure what p90x is. However, if you do Atkins, almost all liquor is zero carbs.

I drink only healthy stuff. I drink cranberry juice (very healthy) with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum. And I drink apple juice (also very healthy) with Southern Comfort.

I'm pretty sure rum and bourbon both have quite a few calories. Vodka on the other hand...
