H&H Original Cocoa Minnow Chart/Fire tail or Plum/Chart. On a 1/4oz or 1/8oz jig head.

Norton sand eels, they are killer. Strawberry and white especially when tipped with a piece of shrimp!

Any relatively small soft plastic tipped with a small piece of shrimp. But, my favorite is either Hogie minnow or the small Gambler Flappin Shad.

If you tip with shrimp and are fishing anywhere near structure just be aware that you are going to get alot more then just flounder. When I tip my jigs I use something a little tougher so I don't have to retip every time I cast. Flounder belly, snag a pin fish and use it the same way you would use flounder belly, and squid cut into strips. It takes a little more to knock that off the hook then shrimp does.
