Whooo! I made it 5 months ( after dipping for 7 years) so far since I last tasted Red Seal Natural Long cut... still crave it every once in a while and still look to the counter every time I go to the convenient store but I've come this far and I have great support!

IF YOU'RE TRYING TO QUIT YOU CAN DO IT!!! As in everything else.. prayer helps the most!
