Rockets @ Jazz

I thought the win Saturday night over Portland was very impressive and now they are playing some great ball in Salt Lake City. Chuck Hayes is going off right now and Trevor is having another nice game. Up by 8 right now, but knowing Utah, they are going to make a run. Go Rockets.

My buddy just called me to tell me he finally understands why I hate the Utah Jazz so much, the flops and dramatics of a Jerry Sloan team are over the top but the refs fall for it every GD time it seems like, not to mention the moving screens and other things they get away with.

It's karma dude. Utah has had numerous great teams during the Sloan era but no dice. Kind of like if anything is fair.... Floppers never win it.

True...but in the 90's they were just a torn in our side, I'll never forget that series where they beat us in our house on that last second play IIRC, either 95 or 96.

Rockets up by 16 with under 4 minutes to go. Chase Budigger is having a great night with 17 points. 8 Rockets in double figures, they are dominating the boards, and playing great defense. All around great team performance tonight. Got to be proud of the home team, and how they are starting the season.

1996 Playoffs, Stockton hit that long 3. I respected he and Hornacek, but hated the mailman.

Yes the high screen off Ostertag after the in bounds pass. Everyone knew what the play was going to be...ah the horrible memories.

Im not huge on the +/- lenovo stat. But tonight in 33 minutes of play, Shane Battier was +36. That is a ridiculous number. Usually, the highest difference on the winning team will be someone at +15 or +18. Again, great team win for Houston.
