For snaps try picking up a box of squid from your favorite bait shop or for that matter, Academy. For kings, they'll hit anything but if you want live bait, throw sabiki rig around one of the close rigs and fill up your livewell. Also, if you have a chance, a live piggies are great snapper bait and can easily be caught in a perch trap.
