What tow boat company would you guys recommend that I go with?Tow Boat US $116.00 unlimited?Other?

I use TowBoatUS. Haven't had to call in and don't want to but I've heard good things so far.

Tow Boat US!!!!

I had my insurance three days before I got to use it.. Pulled in from 9-10 miles from end of jettys to end of TCD... $1100 tow cost me NOTHING!!!!

Does the unlimited towing cover you being on a buddy's boat and you need to be towed?

If the owner of the boat you are on is present, no.

But, how do they know who the owner is????

If you borrow a boat, and the owner is not on it, you are covered.
