Looking to pick up a new rig for the famous 3B's (Bass, Barrie's and Bones) Shimano of course...kind of leaning toward a Calcutta or 200-300 size Curado and Terramar but want to know what others are using and likes and dislikes.
I personally have grown to love the Curado 300. I think it is the most versitile reel we offer. I have fished the reel offshore, inshore and for bass. I absolutely love it!
I'm sure some of the locals will chime in with the rod and reel combos that they like.
I am hearing great things about the 300DSV so far and think that is the way I will go......What about rods? What are you all fishing your 300's on?
I already have an Avet SX that I fish 15-20 on so was thinking of going 10-12lb on the 300 with an 7.5-8' stick. Any suggestions on what matches up well would be appreciated.
