Tiagra Clicker Failures
Out of 7 Tiagras on the Possession Limit, I now have had three clicker housings crack and break into pieces. The original housing appears to be cast aluminum, and the replacement seems to be machined stainless. The high failure rate, combined with the change in design appears to be a fundamental design flaw in the reels. Problem is, there is a shortage of the replacement housings. Chris, at Ilanders Tackle says he is having trouble getting this part, and Southwestern Part in Dallas says they are on back order as well. Does anyone know where replacement parts (TT 0278) are currently available.
