Yamaha 150 vmax?

I know a fellow that want to sell his 2004 150 vmax. I know it is a carb motor and the fuel economy is not as good as a efi or 4 stroke. What I want to know about is the quality. Are they that good? Are the parts really that expensive and hard to get? Is the 2 year warrenty good? Thanks for any help.

I'm happy with mine.
I use to have a 150 Faststike, This yamaha doesnt use alot of fuel.
I've seen heavey fuel usage.
To me it wasn t worth the extra money for the hpdi.
another 2700 dollars
