Don't see enough to shoot at, but I think this is your buck.

it looks like he is behind the trees and is walking away. I can see the "U" shape of his antler frame. (if what I am seeing what I think I am seeing)
Do you have the hi-res scanned file? Scanned files are not great, plus when you resize (eg compress them) the jpg artifacts are magnified. It is hard to extract details from a resized file.
here is my attempt at resolving some details..

J, I think I see some pretty good horns. Like I said, not enough to get trigger happy but enough to get a "itchy finger".
The deer is facing to the left and his butt is more visible than his head.

gundoctor sees it. he was actually laying down, looking to his right staring me down. we looked at each other for about 10 minutes. i snapped the picture and he stood up, i was so impressed/shocked by his size, i forgot to snap another pic. he looked big and i didn't realize he was laying down, he looked like a freaking elk when he stood up. i could see him a whole lot better than the crummy throw away camera. i had to mark him just to the right of the tree that gundoctor's circle hits on the left side just to make sure it was in the center on the photo. i'm going to get a set of binoculars with the digital camera for next year.
