I read that this morning and don't see why kid that when they they only showed the rope around Sadam and not hanging. When they used to show people hung in westerns and I never here of kids hanging themselves. I guess it has something to do with the news talking about it so much.
I send a prayer out to the kids family.

Sad to see a youngster has tragicly died, sadder still that folks want to blame it on TV. Control what your kids watch and pay attention the the kids your supposed to be watching! Change the channel if they're showing something you think the child shouldn't be seeing instead of watching it with him and complaining about it later.

Man, this is just terrible. I feel for the family. Loosing a child must be about the hardest thing to deal with in life. One of my coworkers son, who is only 15 years old, collapsed and died yesterday afternoon. He was sick with a stomach virus and they took him to one of those local emergency care clinics and they said nothing was wrong with him and gave him some fluids and sent him home. 2 days later he just collapsed and died before 911 could get him to the emergency room. Please say a prayer for his family, as I know they must be feeling a terrible pain in their hearts. The kind of pain that does not pass easily.

Losing a child is the hardest thing I HAVE and WILL EVER deal with. My Daughter 6 1/2 died in a hunting accident 12/04/05. These families have a lot of hard days and nights ahead of them. There is nothing worse in this world for a parent. Landcruiser let me know if I can help. I know of many local counseling places for the family. Free. They will need it. My wife co-leads a grief group for women at Gateway Community Church on Clear Lake City blvd. Every Monday Night. They have about 12 ladies or so in the group. Great Group. I also know of others for the whole family in Houston. Prayers sent for these families. Our family is doing well after a year, but we will always miss her. It is still very fresh in our hearts. The Pain will never go away. You just have to learn to live with it. I have met many parents in the last year that have lost children. Some 1 year ago and some as many as 40yrs ago. They all say the same thing. You just learn to live with it. But it doesn't go away.
