Does anyone have a recipe for this willing to share? I use to get it all the time at Windswept in Oyster Creek and it was fabulous. Now that im down south im not able to make it there anymore but the craving still exists :frown:
Clary's in Galveston does one that's legendary. I've never had it. Galveston Daily News had the recipe a couple of years ago, it might still be available in their archives.
The one at Guido's is even better than Clary Milbourn's. I don't have the recipe for either though. Another good one in Houston is at Danton's Gulf Coast Seafood.
My wife has the Windswept recipe....will get it from her later.
If I recall....it only has 4 ingredients:
- imitation crab
- half and half
- cheese
- parsley
There might be some extra seasoning....but its REALLY simple to make.
