It does--but a Devil's Horse has 3 trebles and a more symmetrical body.

I used to throw the thunderstick jr.'s off piers in the lights. That's not a thunderstick.

Paint job and dual hooks looks more like a Bagley Finger Mullet with prop's added--but it's just a tad too skinny to be a Bagley. Maybe it's an old-timey model.
