Here's a NOAA site that gives you numerous stations to chose from to check the current tide level. The current tide height readings are marked as red x's. In general, our barometer is a little lower than last weekend and that's going to help have a higher tide.
There are a lot of factors in knowing if the tide is going to be higher or lower than the previous week. Tidal coefficient is one of those... tidal coefficient is basically how strong the tide current is going to be during a specific time based on the sun and the moon only, you can have a strong tidal movement and still not have a high tide.
