Port A Jetties & tide

I have an old buddy out with me Saturday, and it's going to be an incoming tide that morning until 10am, then gradually falling. Daylight hours are weak tide on Saturday. Does it make much difference which side we fish if it's weak?

Which side do you go to if it's incoming, and which side if it's outgoing?

Thanks in advance!
