Most likely built with Bushido blanks or some hybrid graphite fiberglass prepreg blank. Typically the rod blank will be a little heavier but a good investment for guys that are hard on their equipment. After all how are you gonna fish if it's broken.

Cajun rods .. row behind me. HE was also at the Louisiana Sporrtsman Show in this week (so was i)

No they actually manufacture their own rods, Jaeson the owner is an engineer. He broke it all down when talking to him. I would put this rod against any rod at the fishing show

I talked to the guy at the show. The guy who started the company is from Monroe, which is where the name Cajun Custom came from (even though Monroe is far from cajun territory). The company is based out of Jacksonville, Florida. http://www.cajuncustomrods.com/contact-us/
