Question Squirrel recipes

Anyone eat squirrel anymore? If so, what's the best way to fix'um?

Most that still eat it don't know what the Internet is! Lol, jk. My mother inlaw has made squirrel dumplings before, never tried it myself.

I like 'em floured and fried with gravy and biscuits. Also good etouffe'd over rice but the bones are a pain in the *** to dodge cause they fall all to pieces.

X2! It's been a while since I have eaten squirrel but floured and fried was good. I also remember eating a squirrel pot pie when I was young. I am not as poor as I used to be so they are not usually on my menu.
