Good job sharkchum. Your comments are right on too. "What if" someone was having a heart attack or stroke or other medical emergency? The only way I'd tell someone I'd call a Tow boat is if their boat was 4 or 5 times the size of mine.

I've towed and been towed many times...not sure which side of the scoreboard I'm on.

An uncle of mine that fished for 70 years in Magnolia bay said he had the best luck getting people to stop when his flare went about six feet over their head.
