Port Lavaca Area

Fished The Port Lavaca Area.. OMG there are so many mullet in the water its weird.. Literally saw schools of mullet swimming on top of slot reds.. and decent sized trout surrounded in mullet.. crazy day TONS of fish.. all topwater until the sun was about 45 min into the sky then it switched to the shrimp lure.. 20 fish by 10:45 Reds, Trout, and a very big Catfish (yuck)

That's the swim spook he sells. http://www.marker54.com/category-s/1821.htm

It has some pretty darn realistic swimming action and floats on it's side like a dying fish during the pause.
