I checked my Lee manual and their load coincides with VihtaVuoris. They also have a few loads that are heavier than the Hornady manual Like 4227 and H110. Maybe hornady was beeing conservative during their developement?

For years I have used www.loaddata.com

This year they dropped all Hornady load data due to Hornady upbraiding on them. In my opinion, Hornady has always had the most comprehensive data for cup/core bullets. I hope it is resolved soon.

I tend to follow the limits set by the powder manufacturer. You can take H110 right up to the max without any pressure signs. Not sure what V110 does at the top.

If you go thru the different loading manuals you will find a lot of the same. I have seen as much as 200fps differences with the same BC bullets, so i bought a chrony and i know do not go by the book velocities ( too many varibles i think)

Well I compared the Hornady data with other bullet manufacturers, and they loaded their 125gr jacketed hp's with N110 16 grains on up. So I went with the VV load data and loaded 16.8, 16.9 and some 17.
They shot well, I had the yips, everything was high and left regardless of the load. So I will load up some more and try again.

Hornady tends to be a little more conservative with their data on some loads. Just start low and work your way up. I use the manuals as a baseline and many times end up above the "max" listed in some manuals.

Yes, I felt more confident exceeding the Hornady max load after seeing Speer, Lyman and Barnes all surpassed it as well.
Thanks for the advice
