What is the best style boat for Rockport/Aransas Pass area?
Looking to buy a boat and was just curious what kind would be best for that area. I know there are some details that can be needed to help me figure it out so here is some info that relates to my needs:
I have a couple of healthy brothers and friends that will be needing a ride on the new whip.
Also have two daughters to keep in mind. 11 years and 4 years.
Want to get in there shallow where the reds are and still be able to hit spots for trout. I know they are everywhere but maybe some open bay running and stuff.
Hardly never go solo so I am looking for something that can hold some friends and family.
I dont have any plans to fish up and down the coast line so just wanting some feedback if a particualr boat will be good to go in this area as it has been our vacation spot for 25 years.
