Idea WW .243 Brass

Just went thru my first 100 new WW brass and found 3 primer holes to be irregular. Not happy with the recovery situation. Is this normal with the new WW brass of small calibers? I noticed that the Hornady New Dimension resizing die was extremely tight on the down stroke of my old Rock Chucker as well. Got thru them, but very difficult!
