Looking for a new "half shell" recipe

I'm tired of my old redfish recipe which was mayo coated on fish then topped with Rotel and grilled. Who has something new?

Wash 1/2 shells off and marinate them in zesty italian dressing for 20-30 minutes. Remove from marinade and sprinkle heavily with Tony's and lemon salt then grill. Easy and good.

By the way if you can't find the lemon salt use real lemon, but the lemon salt stays on the meat better

I am on a low Sodium diet so use real lemon with zest.

There's plenty of salt in Tony's. The original recipe calls for a 28 oz box of salt, so I make my 'Low Sodium' Tony's; sans salt. C2

coat with olive oil, a little lemon juice and sprinkle generously with Chef Paul Prudhome's Seafood Seasoning, thats it. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until a spatuala slides between the fillet and skin. Easy and awesome.

McCormick's has several marinades that work great on any type of grilled fish, our favorite is Baja Citrus.

Season with whatever you like. While the fish is cooking, cook 1/4# of chopped up shrimp and 3 chopped green onions in 2 TBS butter. When done, reduce heat and add in enough flour to bind it all together. Stir in some milk and slowly bring to a boil till it gets to a creamy sauce. Add more milk if needed. When it gets like you want it, add some old bay seasoning to taste. Serve over fish. This sauce is awesome. The old bay is what really makes it pop.
